Mehta School of Law, NMIMS University, Mumbai, building a foundation across constitutional law, corporate and commercial law, technology and media regulation, international law, and maritime law. This site is where that reading turns into writing case notes, explainers, and longer analytical pieces on live legal developments in India.

Beyond the Classroom

Outside coursework, I follow Supreme Court and High Court rulings as they’re delivered, track India’s technology and data-protection regulatory rollout, and write up the developments I find most analytically interesting on the Journal. I’m especially drawn to the areas of law where constitutional principle, commercial reality, and India’s foreign-policy posture intersect which is a large part of why maritime and international law sit alongside corporate and constitutional law in my reading list.
